In almost all Indian traditions, it’s considered to be the place between the eyebrows where the tilak is usually applied. The third eye. Applying a tilak can also serve as a reminder to stay focused and centered. The location is directly above the bridge of the nose, near the eyes. This is particularly relevant during spiritual or religious activities, but it can be a useful mental practice even in daily life.

Protection from Negative Energy:
