How to Manage Coaching after School

Prioritize Wisely
Why is that? There is no point in doing things in no particular order. That’s one of the most important ones.
What to Do: Create a to-do list homework, material to be reviewed in your coaching class, and self-study goals. Sort these out in priority order, by how urgent and important they are. The Eisenhower Matrix is your buddy here1. It organizes things to do into four quadrants: urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and not urgent and not important at all. Consider only the first two quadrants.

Online Coaching
Why it Matters: Traditional classes waste a lot of time, and you should already have your school to go to by now.
What to Do: Attend online coaching systems. They are flexible in the sense that one can attend from home as they will save travel time. They normally have recorded classes so that one can attend even if they could not make it to the live class.
Self-Study: Your Secret Weapon
Why it Matters: Independent study finishes coaching classes and consolidates all learning.
What to Do: Schedule time for independent study. Locate a quiet space in which to sit and concentrate. Go over your class notes, practice problems, and supplements
Intelligent Revision
Why it Matters: Revision is the route to long term recall.
What to Do: Revision isn’t something you do only in the classroom; it’s an ongoing process. Use mnemonics, mind maps, flashcards, and so much more. Teach it to somebody else-teaching is a fine way of consolidating the learning process
Less Stress, Learn More
Why it Matters: Stress is both a productivity, as well as a learning killer.
What to Do: Meditate. Take short breaks during study sessions. Be active. And don’t forget, it’s okay to ask for help when you feel overwhelmed.
6. Shake Up Your Learning Mediums
Why it Matters: Variety keeps things interesting and helps understand.
What to Do: Mix textbooks, online videos, engaging apps, and group discussions. Different approaches cater to different learning styles.
Choose the Right Course Material
Why It Matters: Quality over quantity.
What to Do: Pick study materials that match your coaching class curriculum. Information explosion is not the old reliable way.
And, my dear student, the way you take today is one that many before you have trod, and they succeeded. Take a deep breath in, and get organized on your time, with your sights set towards the knowledge and personal growth waiting for you.
